This Double Flange Gate Valve is engineered for demanding industrial applications requiring reliable isolation in pipelines. Manufactured with a robust WCB (A216 Grade WCB) carbon steel body and bonnet, it offers superior strength and excellent resistance to high temperatures and pressures. The valve conforms to GOST standards, ensuring compatibility and performance specifications for markets and projects requiring adherence to these norms.

  • Body & Trim Material: Primary components are constructed from ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel. Internal trim (seat, wedge/disc) is typically furnished with 13% Chrome (410) stainless steel or harder alloys based on service conditions, providing enhanced erosion and wear resistance.
  • Design & Construction: Features a full-bore design for minimal pressure drop and piggable pipelines. The sturdy, double-flanged ends (conforming to GOST flange standards) facilitate secure bolting into the piping system.
